Join us at The Gin Room on Thursday, September 10th at 12:30 PM as we welcome Condessa Gin to St. Louis for an afternoon of gin, education, food, and a little taste of Mexico City.

For this special launch event, members of the Condessa Gin team are traveling in from across the country to take us through the story behind the brand—from its roots in Mexico City to the botanicals, flavors, and ideas that have shaped Condessa into a distinctly Mexican expression of gin.

Join us during Copita Week as finalists from around the city compete live in the Copita Carajillo Cocktail Competition, presented by Mezcal Vago El Manantialand Paranubes Café de Olla.

Each bartender has been challenged to create an original cocktail using these two incredible ingredients. From there, anything goes. Expect bold ideas, inventive techniques, and wildly different interpretations of one of Mexico's fastest-growing cocktail traditions.

Join us Friday, September 11th for Mexican Gin Garden, a patio party with our friends at Condesa Gin, bringing a little Mexico City energy to The Gin Room.

We’ll be pouring a special menu of big, beautiful Garden inspired Gin & Tonics built around Condesa’s lineup, dressed up with Mexican botanicals, fresh herbs, citrus, fruits, spices, and all the things that make drinking a G&T on a patio exactly where you want to be.
